Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HSE Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or strategy execution within a global/matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global HSE & Sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured actions, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of the HSE & Sustainability portfolio with clear ownership of initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation actions.
• Develop tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure performance.
• Support review sessions and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Coordinate with initiative leaders to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of strategic programs.
