Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for Power Transformers. You will develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure compliance and promote wellbeing across operations.

You will manage the HSE team, lead risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic decisions as a member of the local management team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE team and participate in management decisions.
• Develop and implement HSE policies in line with ISO 14001/45001.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Drive HSE audits, trainings, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report HSE performance and ensure safe, sustainable operations.
