Einride is seeking a Head of Safety to lead a global team focused on the safety of its autonomous business. The role involves ensuring safety in vehicle operations, developing safety management systems, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safety-critical industries and a proven record in leading global teams. The position offers a full-time role based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Formación

• 15+ years experience in a highly-regulated, safety-critical industry.
• 10+ years of experience in automated systems or autonomous vehicles.
• Deep expertise in safety management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and improvement of Safety Management System.
• Own end-to-end safety case for autonomous operations.
• Establish safety governance structures.

Conocimientos

Experience in safety-critical industry

Leadership in automated systems
