You will join the System and Safety (SnS) team at Einride.

In your role, you will be responsible for taking technical concepts from initial ideas all the way to delivery and release, ensuring a complete product structure is safe, compliant and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for complex systems using system design, safety analysis and best practices
• Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g., analyzing sensor redundancy and remote operator visual acuity)
• Collaborate closely with domain teams and internal stakeholders to support safety case and internal audits
• Develop internal tools and scripts using modern AI-assistance to automate and optimize workflows

Qualifications

• Have a Master's degree in a technical engineering field
• 3+ years of experience working with complex, safety-critical, or mission-critical systems
• Proven track record in requirement engineering, technical specification, and working with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO)
• Experience working with system design and creating safe, robust and efficient electromechanical systems in the automotive sector or other relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of end users
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both written and verbal
• Experience in application software engineering, embedded systems, or programming is a plus
