Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Group Management Trainee to gain an insider view of a fast-scaling international company. You will work closely with the Group CEO, CFO and COO, learning how senior leaders think, prioritise and solve problems at speed across markets and OpCos.

From day one you will carry real responsibility, helping shape projects from problem definition to delivery, and bringing your own ideas to life. You will also contribute to the Global AI Program and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated, or a student able to start part-time while completing your studies, with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• AI is already part of how you work. You use it every day and you are always looking for the next tool that will sharpen the quality and pace of what you do.
• Some professional experience, such as relevant internships, part-time work or current employment. International experience is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Management Team and annual planning cycle.
• Coordinate meetings, including Group Management Team, All Staff and Board meetings.
• Own AI workstreams and drive impact of AI across markets.
• Build a broad network across Group, Market Leadership, and Odevo owners.
• Prepare materials and follow up to turn plans into action.
