Job summary

Odevo AB, a leading international residential property management company, invites applications for a Group Management Trainee. You will work inside the rooms where strategy is set, close to the Group CEO, CFO and COO, and contribute to the AI program from day one.

You will learn quickly, take on real responsibilities, and may start part-time alongside your studies. This role positions you for senior tracks in Finance, M&A, Strategy, or Tech within Odevo.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated or student able to start part-time while studying.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• International experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Group CEO, CFO and COO to shape strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to Odevo's Global AI Program from day one with own workstreams.
• Coordinate the Group Management Team's annual planning cycle and key meetings.
• Build a broad internal network across Group and Market Leadership teams.
• Prepare materials and help translate plans into action within a fast-paced environment.
