Job summary

Odevo is seeking a commercially minded finance leader to shape Group reporting, performance management, and finance transformation across our international operations. You will partner with the Group CFO, CEO, and local finance teams to drive high-quality insight and scalable processes.

You will lead management reporting, develop standardized dashboards, and translate data into clear guidance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Group Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical and commercially oriented finance environment.
Strong track record of financial analysis, performance management and management reporting.
Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills, plus PowerPoint and presentation capabilities.
Experience driving finance transformation and building scalable finance capabilities.
Experience with AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the Group management reporting and performance management process.
Shape and develop the Group's reporting framework and governance.
Lead the development of a global reporting infrastructure and automation of processes.
Drive Group business performance reviews and prepare materials for Board-level reporting.
Support M&A activities, including financial modelling and integration planning.
