Job summary

Odevo AB is seeking a commercially minded Group Finance professional to drive management reporting and performance across the organisation as it continues its rapid international growth.

You will partner with the Group CFO, CEOs and local finance teams to provide insights, improve reporting frameworks and support high-quality decision-making through scalable, data-driven processes. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a chance to shape Odevo's finance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Group Finance, FP&A, or M&A.
• Strong financial analysis, performance management and reporting.
• Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Group management reporting and performance management process.
• Shape and develop the Group reporting framework.
• Lead the development of a global reporting infrastructure.
• Drive Group business performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Challenge and analyse performance across markets and affiliates.
• Play a key role in M&A activities, including financial modelling.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives with external advisors.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the Group CFO and local CFOs.
• Help build and scale Group Business Control function.
