Job summary

Velory in Stockholm is offering a 12-month trainee role designed to fast-track exposure to leadership. You will work directly with the CEO, participate in board-level discussions, and build analytical cases for strategic decisions.

You will own and execute defined workstreams end-to-end, apply AI to streamline workflows, and learn how to bridge strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced scale-up.

Qualifications

• A degree from KTH, Handels or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A consultant's mindset with a doer's instincts.
• Someone who works fast and knows when speed should give way to precision.
• Comfortable moving between strategic and hands-on work without treating either as beneath them.
• Already using AI to compress your own workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build the case for decisions by data pulls, models, and pre-reads.
• Execute across high and low, handling a variety of tasks.
• Automate repetitive work using AI to reduce manual workload.
• Close the loop with documented decisions, owners, and actions.
