Job summary

Höganäs seeks a Group Business Controller to support decisions across a global manufacturing organization. You will collaborate with Group Finance and sites worldwide to turn consolidated data into actionable insights.

The role combines standard costing development, consolidated results, and proactive financial analysis to guide strategy and performance tracking. You will work with diverse teams and drive cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

University degree in finance, business administration or related field.
Experience in an analytical business controlling role.
Experience from a global manufacturing environment and knowledge of standard costing.
Experience with consolidated results.
Advanced Excel and BI tools; experience with consolidation systems and ERP.
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

Support the monthly closing of consolidated results and prepare Group-level analyses.
Drive and further develop the global standard costing process in collaboration with finance teams across Höganäs.
Provide clear, relevant and proactive financial and business insights to support decision-making and strategy implementation.
Perform ad hoc analyses at Group level to useful conclusions and recommendations.
Build effective working relationships with controllers and other stakeholders across divisions, sites and functions.
