Job summary

Öhlins Group seeks a Group Financial Controller to strengthen financial governance. Based at the HQ in Upplands Väsby, you will lead group reporting, IFRS matters, financial analysis, and internal control while partnering with the CFO and local finance teams.

You will harmonize accounting principles, drive monthly/quarterly reporting, support budgeting, and develop processes and controls to ensure compliance and transparency across a global organization.

Qualifications

• IFRS knowledge and practical group consolidation experience.
• Experience with financial closings, analysis and performance follow-up.
• Experience developing processes, internal controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize accounting principles, reporting structures and financial processes across the Group.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting to parent company with IFRS compliance.
• Advise on new accounting standards and group policies; support forecasting and budgeting.
• Act as a business partner to management to identify risks, opportunities and profitability improvements.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and profitability analysis; lead CAPEX controlling.
