Job summary

Höganäs AB is seeking a Group Business Controller to support decisions across a global manufacturing organization. You’ll turn consolidated financial and operational data into actionable insights, collaborating with divisions and Group Finance worldwide.

The role combines recurring group processes with business development and ad hoc analysis, offering broad exposure and a chance to influence performance tracking across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• Experience in analytical business controlling.
• Experience from global manufacturing and knowledge of standard costing.
• Experience with consolidated results.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools experience.
• Experience with BI tools, consolidation systems and integrated ERP.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly closing of consolidated results and prepare Group-level analyses.
• Drive and further develop the global standard costing process in collaboration with finance teams across Höganäs.
• Provide clear, relevant and proactive financial and business insights to support decision‑making and strategy implementation.
• Perform ad hoc analyses at Group level to useful conclusions and recommendations.
• Build effective working relationships with controllers and other stakeholders across divisions, sites and functions.
