Job summary
Axis Communications AB in Lund seeks a Process Development Engineer to join the Global Supply Chain team. You will design, harmonize, and scale fulfillment processes across our Configuration and Logistics Centers worldwide, ensuring the network is built to scale and meet future customer expectations.
You will lead end-to-end process development initiatives, drive standardization across inbound, picking, packaging, kitting/configuration, and inventory control, and collaborate with 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years in process development, logistics engineering, or continuous improvement within supply chain/warehousing
- Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel internationally (10–20 days/year)
- Experience with outsourced 3PL operations or global multi-site fulfillment networks
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and scale global fulfillment processes across the network of Configuration and Logistics Centers
- Lead improvement projects to increase capacity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Translate operational needs into system requirements (ERP/WMS/MPS) and drive automation and data integrity
- Develop SOPs, process maps, and training frameworks for external 3PL partners
- Collaborate with Quality, Sourcing, Logistics Planning, and IT to align fulfillment processes with end-to-end supply chain vision
