Job summary
Scania CV AKTIEBOLAG is seeking a Flying Doctor to join the Strategic Business team within Pilot Partner Operations. You will work on cutting-edge, non-serial R&D solutions, supporting customers globally and turning early-stage innovations into scalable business results.
You will collaborate with R&D, service, production, and sales to ensure uptime, reliability, and customer success in a highly dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or similar technical industry.
- Experience in workshop, service or aftersales environment.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot advanced vehicle systems using standard and non-serial R&D tools.
- ECU programming, parametrization, diagnostics, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Support workshops and technicians with implementation of new technologies.
- Ensure uptime and performance meet customer expectations; work with dealers and global stakeholders.
- Bridge between R&D, commercial, and service organizations; drive continuous improvement.
