Job summary

Scania is seeking a high-impact Flying Doctor to join the Pilot Partner Operations team. You will operate in a dynamic, unstructured environment, supporting customers globally and transforming early-stage innovations into scalable business.

You’ll collaborate across R&D, service, production, and sales to ensure uptime, reliability, and customer success, while developing non-standard solutions and leading global delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or similar technical industry.
• Experience in workshop, service or aftersales environment.
• Background in roles such as: Technical support, Service engineer / master technician, Product development or system testing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced vehicle systems using standard and non-serial R&D tools.
• ECU programming, parametrization, diagnostics, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Support workshops and technicians with implementation of new technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet customer uptime and performance expectations.
• Work closely with dealers, distributors, customers, and global stakeholders.
• Bridge between R&D, commercial, and service organizations.
