Job summary

Ubiquiti Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team in Sweden.

You will work across the UniFi ecosystem—routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cameras, and access control—designing, deploying, and scaling customer networks while collaborating with R&D to influence product development. The role requires a strong enterprise networking and security background, fluent French and English communication, and the ability to articulate complex concepts

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the enterprise networking or physical security industry
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable with technical and executive stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security architectures, including UniFi or comparable platforms
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
• Willingness to travel as needed to industry events and customer sites

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand and architect solutions across networking, security, and UniFi technologies
• Create detailed system designs and technical proposals for large-scale deployments
• Deliver technical demos, webinars, and hands-on trainings remotely and on-site
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for R&D and product development teams
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and evaluate their impact on Ubiquiti’s roadmap
• Build and maintain lab environments to test, learn, and validate configurations hands-on
• Travel as needed to industry events, trade shows, and key customer sites
