Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Global Distribution Coordinator to work with affiliates, logistics providers and internal teams from Stockholm to ensure seamless service and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

The role focuses on distribution network development, interface management, and data integrity across ERP systems, all while supporting the Global Distribution Manager and collaborating across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order administration including order taking, batch reservation, pick and pack ordering, shipment booking, invoicing, returns and customer qualification.
• Month-end financial reporting in terms of Stock and Sales reconciliation of Sobi Consignment stock points and support to affiliates.
• Master Data management including pricing in operational ERP systems.
• Distribution network development and management including geographical expansions and new product/partner introductions.
• Management of Sobi Logistic Service Providers (LSPs) through BRMs and performance monitoring.
• Interface transactions between Sobi HQ and affiliates LSP in IFS.
• Serial Number management per EU FMD; including Alerts management and Serialization core team activities.
• Process Continues Improvement

Job Description

In the role as Global Distribution Coordinator, you will work closely with Sobi affiliates, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.

This position will be based in Stockholm, reporting directly to the Global Distribution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Order administration incl. inter alia order taking, batch reservation, pick and pack ordering, shipment booking and monitoring, invoicing, crediting, returns and customer qualification.
• Month-end financial reporting in terms of Stock and Sales reconciliation of Sobi Consignment stock points and provide support to Sobi affiliates to complete the process with their stock points.
• Master Data management including pricing in operational ERP systems.
• Distribution network development and management including geographical expansions and new product/partner introductions. Mainly Finished Goods, but Drug Substance and Drug Product when applicable.
• Management of Sobi Logistic Service Providers (LSPs), through Business Review Meetings (BRMs) and performance monitoring (if applicable).
• Responsible for all interface transactions between Sobi HQ and Sobi affiliates LSP in IFS.
• Serial Number management in accordance with EU FMD; including Serial Number Alerts management, leading roles in Serialization Core Team activities and projects (incl. new product and/ or partner introduction)
• Process Continues Improvement
