Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Global Product Manager to lead strategy and vision for the control and automation product line within the Power Conversion Solutions portfolio. You will govern the product roadmap, lifecycle, and business cases across energy storage, renewable integration and OT best practices.

Role requires deep technical acumen, strong communication, and the ability to work with global teams; travel about 20% and a commitment to safety and integrity are key values.

Competenze

• MSc/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with power conversion systems, grid automation and renewables or energy storage.
• Knowledge of power systems, LV/MV/HV equipment, switchgear and generation equipment; grid code compliance and RTUs/SCADA/PLCs.
• Strong understanding of control systems, plant automation and OT cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps and business cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of keynote speeches.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).

• Identify market growth opportunities and define market requirements for different customer segments.
• Build business cases for new product developments and enhancements.
