Job summary

Performance Inc. is seeking a Global Demand Controller to consolidate forecasts, orders, and inventory into a single global demand view. You’ll work with Commercial, Finance, Assortment, Supply Chain, Sourcing and regional planning teams to align requirements and provide actionable insights.

We value analytical thinking, collaboration across international stakeholders, and a strong eye for data quality and process improvement. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics, engineering, analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ERP/planning systems experience.
• Ability to work with detailed product, order, inventory and forecast data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP, S&OP, seasonal products or international planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate forecasts and order inputs to create a global demand plan.
• Integrate inventory and order data to determine net demand and risks.
• Compare demand vs. supply and highlight gaps with action recommendations.
• Prepare insights for Demand & Supply, S&OP, budgeting and reviews.

As Global Demand Controller, you will consolidate commercial forecasts, orders, and inventory inputs into one reliable global demand view. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you will maintain the global demand plan, identify demand and inventory risks, align requirements with supply constraints, and provide clear analysis and recommendations to support planning and management decisions. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Assortment, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and regional planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and validate forecasts and order inputs from commercial teams, export markets, and other demand contributors, ensuring an accurate, timely, and traceable global demand plan.

• Integrate inventory, order-book data, and agreed stock assumptions to determine net demand and identify stock-out, excess stock, and end-of-life risks.

• Compare demand requirements with supply availability, purchasing timelines, and known constraints, highlighting gaps and recommending actions and decision scenarios.

• Prepare decision-ready insights on demand, inventory, the order book, risks, and opportunities for Demand & Supply, S&OP, S&OE, budget, and management reviews.

• Maintain high standards of data quality, version control, documentation, and reporting across SAP, Excel, and other relevant planning tools.

• Drive continuous improvement in demand consolidation, reporting, planning calendars, handovers, ownership, and exception management.

• Process- and systems-minded, with a clear understanding of how demand, inventory, supply, finance, and planning systems interact.

What you bring:

• A degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics, engineering, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory control, business controlling, merchandise planning, or a related analytical role.

• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP or planning systems.

• The ability to work confidently with detailed product, order, inventory, and forecast data.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Experience with SAP, S&OP, seasonal product businesses, international planning teams, or improving planning processes is an advantage.
