Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Delivery Center Lead in Sweden to own end-to-end customer delivery from tendering to after sales. You will shape the delivery organization, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a seamless customer experience across Sweden and distributed teams in India.

You will lead a global, diverse team, oversee planning, forecasting and budgeting, and act as the primary escalation point for issues, while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and performance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in managerial roles.
• Strong customer-facing experience and service mindset.
• Excellent English communication; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery from tendering to after-sales.
• Lead Sweden and distributed India teams and shape the organization.
• Drive planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial estimates.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Bid & Proposal, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
