Job summary

You will manage risks, prepare reports for stakeholders, and work with project managers, technical specialists, and support functions in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of experience in project management, project coordination, contract management, or similar business-oriented roles.
• Experience coordinating activities across organizations and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience in defence sector, complex technical systems, or high-technology industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and follow-up of projects and business activities.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions and organizations.
• Identify and manage risks and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, managers, technical specialists, and support functions in a global organization.
