Job summary

Google is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager in Sweden's data center operations to oversee maintenance agreements, lead cost control, manage procurement projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

You will support local Data Center Technicians, keep them informed on relevant processes, and serve as a local finance escalation point. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Sage, or Oracle).
• Experience in accounting focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Execute assignments with varying supervision levels, showcasing self-initiative and adaptability.
• Lead annual budget development aligning with objectives; provide estimates for budgets and communicate budget reports with variance analysis.
• Evaluate proposals using a structured decision-making matrix; award agreements; ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
• Collect and analyze cost data; support management in maintaining KPIs and provide data-driven insights for planning.
• Facilitate onboarding for new suppliers, ensuring local language support and guidance on legal compliance; act as a local point of contact for audits.
