Job summary

Google is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager in Sweden's data center operations to oversee maintenance agreements, lead cost control, manage procurement projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Swedish; client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Execute assignments with varying supervision levels, showcasing self-initiative and adaptability.
• Lead annual budget development aligning with objectives; provide estimates for budgets and communicate budget reports with variance analysis.
• Evaluate proposals using a structured decision-making matrix; award agreements; ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
• Collect and analyze cost data; support management in maintaining KPIs and provide data-driven insights for planning.
• Facilitate onboarding for new suppliers, ensuring local language support and guidance on legal compliance; act as a local point of contact for audits.

About The Job

As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will oversee the maintenance agreements of Data Center related systems. You will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders like the Environment, Health, and Safety department. In this role, you will support local Data Center Technicians by ensuring they are informed regarding relevant processes. You will serve as a local escalation point for finance-related matters. You will maintain key metrics, provide data, and conduct analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
