Job summary

Google is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager for Global Data Centers in Sweden. The role requires Swedish and English fluency for a client-facing position, with responsibilities spanning cost control, vendor and contract management, and procurement leadership.

As part of the Global Data Centers team, you will oversee maintenance agreements, provide data-driven insights, and support data center technicians while coordinating with the Environment, Health, and Safety groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of practical experience.
• 2 years of ERP software experience (SAP, Sage, or Oracle).
• Experience in accounting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• English and Swedish fluency for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance agreements for data center systems.
• Lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects.
• Support Data Center Technicians with process knowledge.
• Act as local finance escalation point and provide data-driven insights.
• Maintain key metrics and budget reporting with variance analysis.
