Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a proactive People Business Partner to partner with leaders, drive growth, and foster scalable change across our global organization.

You will build a Change Management Task Force, coach leaders to create clarity and accountability, and strengthen organizational health through workforce planning and leadership capability. English fluency is essential, and international travel is possible.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in People/HR Business Partner or equivalent
• Experience partnering with leaders through growth, change and restructures
• Proven project management skills leading initiatives end-to-end
• Ability to influence stakeholders constructively across levels
• Strong commercial thinking connecting people actions to business outcomes
• Excellent judgment, prioritization and independent decision-making
• Systems thinking to connect people, processes, data and tools
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
• Fluent in written/spoken English; other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner senior leaders to translate business priorities into people outcomes.
• Build and coach a Change Management Task Force across the organization.
