Job summary

Sandvik in Sweden seeks a Senior Business Controller to join the Crushing Solutions Division within Rock Processing. You combine business control with product offering support and strategic analysis to shape our business today and in the future.

You will partner with divisional management, linking performance with long-term opportunities, focusing on global profitability and portfolio decisions while supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

Experience in business control within a global industrial organization.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance follow-up in a matrix organization.
Experience analyzing financial and operational drivers across regions in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze and report on global profitability and business performance, identifying drivers and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate product profitability and provide financial guidance for product offering and portfolio decisions.
Support forecasting, target-setting, budgeting and scenario analysis.
Translate financial insights into clear recommendations for divisional management and other stakeholders within the Sandvik Group.
Contribute to M&A activities and strategic analysis, bringing a strong financial and commercial perspective to decision-making.
Develop management reporting, dashboards and business analysis that strengthen transparency and business understanding.
Drive improvements in financial processes, data quality and internal controls while ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and applicable regulations.
