Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a driven Demand Planning Leader to shape a global capability across our aftermarket business. You will lead a team of six demand planners, align ways of working, and drive forecasting improvements across a 24‑month horizon.

You will translate demand patterns into actionable recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to enhance tools, methods and processes. The role focuses on analytics, KPI monitoring, and performance management, enabling better

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or equivalent.
• Experience within demand planning, forecasting and supply chain planning.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives in cross-functional and international environments with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop teams.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data and KPIs.
• Experience with advanced planning systems and solid Excel skills.
• Experience from aftermarket, spare parts, or complex product structures is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Swedish knowledge is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of six demand planners.
• Drive planning across a 24‑month rolling horizon with high forecast accuracy and bias management.
• Define and monitor KPIs and use insights to support decision-making.
• Improve system-driven forecasting models and strengthen data usage across the organization.
