Qualifications

• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English required.
• Experience in customer support, collections, or fintech-related roles preferred.
• Strong phone outreach and data-driven documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound calls to German customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment plans.
• Handle incoming inquiries on payment plans, balances, and settlements.
• Document all customer interactions and commitments in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Underwriting to resolve issues.
• Monitor payment trends to spot risks and inform decisions.
