Job summary

Qred, a Nordic fintech, is hiring a Customer Operations & Loan Specialist for the DACH region. You will evaluate credit applications, guide German-speaking entrepreneurs through tailored financing, and own onboarding and execution end-to-end in a rapidly growing market.

You will bridge customer engagement with financial assessment, progressing toward underwriting authority while managing relationships and supporting product adoption. Stockholm-based with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at native or fluent level with strong English
• Experience in customer operations, client management, or fintech sales
• Foundational experience analyzing financial statements, credit data or business metrics
• Educational background in business, economics, finance or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications by analyzing operational performance and credit risk in partnership with underwriting.
• Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to ensure fast loan processing.
• Structure customized financing proposals aligned with applicant business models and cash flow.
• Develop long-term customer relationships through proactive account management and product adoption.
• Transition into full credit underwriting authority to independently approve and manage small business loans over time.
