Job summary

Qred AB in Stockholm seeks a Customer Representative to manage end-to-end communication with small businesses, bridging customer needs with internal financial systems to support scalable growth.

You will handle inquiries across chat, email, and phone, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. The role is full-time with an office-first culture and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or operations.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
• Strong digital proficiency with internal financial systems and administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone with accuracy and speed.
• Process daily operational requests in line with regulatory standards and risk policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve edge cases and improve workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas to refine service procedures.
• Document customer records and system updates accurately in internal platforms.
