• Experience as General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Proven ability to lead busy, high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong people leadership, performance and cost management.
• Visible leadership on floor with guests and team.
• Experience opening new restaurants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
