Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to front the biscuit aisle, stock shelves, and execute displays across assigned stores. The role involves building strong relationships with store teams, ordering products via iPad, and ensuring products are in-stock and well-presented.

Daily duties include visiting stores, capturing display photos, and following RTM-promoted plans while adhering to safety and physical activity requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and uphold brand visibility.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to keep shelf/display stock accurate.
• Implement and verify promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize coverage for retail teams.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.

As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (West Des Moines, IA)
• Schedule availability required: Full availability five days per week including weekend and holidays, start by 6 am

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.75-$17.50 based on relevant experience/401k Savings Plan
