Our client is a global market leader specialising in complex, international Tech and Power projects. They employ over 100,000 people and achieve multi $billion revenues.

A new opportunity exists for a talented CONSTRUCTION LAWYER to join the business and support a portfolio of exciting projects around the region.

• MATERNITY COVER for 6-12 months.
• Swedish legal qualification required.
• Based Stockholm (HYBRID OR REMOTE) with some travel in-country and the wider region.
• Position is F/T (potential for flexible arrangement).

The position will be fully integrated into the company’s project activity taking direct responsibility for a business critical remit across theNordic / Baltic zone from day one.

Qualifications

• Swedish legal qualification.
• 5+ years applied commercial legal experience.
• Fluent Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages advantageous.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting experience.
• Industry experience withinconstruction is essential. Comparable experience within heavy industry, ICT, Tech, infrastructure will be considered.
• Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners.
