Job summary

RPS Softwares AB in Sweden is seeking a Front-end Engineer to build a production-ready planning entry point for Sales Space Planning and Store Planning. You will design component-driven interfaces, integrate REST/OpenAPI services, and ensure accessibility and UX-driven frontend development.

The role requires deep knowledge of TypeScript and React, state management, design systems, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development, plus collaboration with Product, UX, and Engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in TypeScript, React, and design systems.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/OpenAPI integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with 3D visualization technologies (Three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, or Autodesk APS).
• Full-stack development experience and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, dynamic page rendering, AI-assisted solutions, and integrations.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and observability tools in retail/sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible, production-ready frontend applications using TypeScript, React, reusable UI components, and design systems, while implementing state management and REST/OpenAPI integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
• Partner with Product, Business, UX, and Engineering teams to expand existing architectures and build 3D user experiences for sales space and store planning applications using DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.

The candidate should understand how information flows between systems, adapt to the existing architecture, and collaborate closely with Product, Business, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet end-user needs.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Architecture & Integration:

Design, develop, and maintain accessible, production-ready frontend applications using TypeScript, React, reusable UI components, and design systems, while implementing state management and REST/OpenAPI integrations for seamless data flow across systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery:

Partner with Product, Business, UX, and Engineering teams to expand existing architectures and build 3D user experiences for sales space and store planning applications using DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 7+ years of Strong experience with TypeScript, React, component-driven UI development, reusable components, and design systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI services, state management, accessibility, and UX-driven frontend development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, AI-assisted spec-driven development, and web application architecture.
• Experience with 3D visualisation technologies such as Three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, or Autodesk APS.
• Full-stack development experience and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with headless CMS, dynamic page rendering, AI-assisted solutions, and integrations .
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, observability tools, and retail, sales space, store, or commercial planning .
