Job summary

Jit Team in southern Sweden is seeking an experienced Mid Frontend Engineer (React & TypeScript) to join a team building developer platforms, APIs and web‑based solutions used by developers around the world. In this role you will contribute to the design, development and delivery of modern frontend applications and developer tools.

Working closely with product, design and engineering stakeholders, you will help create scalable web experiences and support the development of developer‑facing

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial frontend experience.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Hands-on React and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience designing and integrating with APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping platforms or location-based applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining scalable applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver new features.
• Contributing to frontend architecture decisions and technical discussions.
• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Building and improving developer-facing APIs, SDKs and tooling for the web platform.
• Ensuring code quality through testing, reviews and engineering best practices.

Job description

Salary: 700 - 1100 PLN/MD (B2B)

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days a week from the office in southern Sweden. During the first 3 months commuting is possible and travel costs will be covered as business travel expenses. Relocation to Sweden will be required thereafter.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping platforms, spatial visualization systems or location‑based applications is a plus
