About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Software Engineer (Frontend-Leaning) to join one of Stockholm’s most innovative and rapidly growing AI companies. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale application platform that powers AI-generated applications running in production environments.

You will focus on building the frontend-facing experiences, control planes, and developer tools that enable engineers and users to interact with complex platform infrastructure. The platform manages critical production capabilities including deployments, authentication, storage, logging, usage metering, and domain management. Your mission will be to transform these sophisticated backend systems into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.

Working closely with backend, infrastructure, and platform engineers, you will help shape the developer experience by building tools that make powerful infrastructure capabilities accessible, understandable, and safe to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain frontend applications, dashboards, and control panels used to manage applications, environments, and deployments.
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for platform configuration, observability, monitoring, and usage insights.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to define APIs, data models, and platform capabilities.
• Translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear and effective user experiences.
• Ensure frontend solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and adaptable as platform complexity grows.
• Improve developer productivity by simplifying interactions with platform services and operational workflows.
• Surface platform health, performance metrics, system status, and operational insights through well-designed interfaces.
• Participate in platform architecture and design discussions, balancing usability, security, reliability, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to best practices for frontend engineering, performance optimization, and developer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience developing complex frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Experience working closely with backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, deployments, environments, and modern software delivery concepts.
• Experience building tools, applications, or interfaces for technical users, developers, or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and application architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts through thoughtful UI and UX design.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on usability, clarity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional engineering environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
