Job Title: Software Engineer - Front End

Location: Onsite in Sweden

As a Senior Front-end Developer within the UI Framework team, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and technical implementation of our user interface framework. You will work with a small team of talented Front-End Developers, collaborating closely with the UI Platform team, Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to create robust, scalable, and reusable UI components and patterns. Your expertise in front-end development, particularly in React.js, React Native, Material-UI (MUI), and theming, will drive the evolution of our Design System and UI framework, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability across our web and React Native applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Front-End Developers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Lead through hands-on development and code reviews.
2. Design System Development: Drive the development and evolution of our Design System, including reusable components, layouts, and theming solutions, aligned with industry best practices.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Back-end Developers to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration.
4. Architectural Design: Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap, evaluating new technologies to improve development efficiency and user experience.
5. Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards, testing strategies, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant code.
6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to onboard new team members and promote continuous learning.

Your Profile:
