Job summary

Spiich Labs AB in Stockholm is seeking a founding AI Engineer to build an agentic platform that helps sales teams automate workflows and decision making. You’ll own the agent stack end-to-end—from model selection to knowledge graph integration and search algorithms.

You should be curious, experimental, and obsessed with agentic systems, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to ship fast while shaping product and culture from day one.

We're looking for a founding AI Engineer to help build the AI colleague every sales professional wishes they had. You'll own the agent stack end-to-end — from model selection to database (knowledge graph) structure and search algorithm development. Must be curious, experimental, and obsessed with agentic systems.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• In one sentence: Build the next generation agentic system.
• Design and build agentic workflows powered by LLMs, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
• Build autonomous background agents that run real revenue workflows — triggered by schedules and CRM events, working across email, CRM, and the web.
• Own the agent stack end-to-end: from infrastructure to product logic.
• Ship fast: test ideas, run experiments, iterate daily.
• Shape the product, the stack, and the culture from the ground up.
