Job summary

Lemonado in Stockholm is hiring an early engineering hire to shape AI-powered data and analytics tooling. You will build across data infrastructure to frontend and design agent networks that run on customer data with autonomy.

You’ll work directly with the two technical co-founders, ship a lot, and push the platform forward with a strong emphasis on AI applications and fast execution.

• You are seriously forward-leaning with AI and have internalized working with coding agents.

• Very fast learner with exposure to databases, APIs, AI models, and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the entire platform, from data infrastructure to the frontend.
• Design and ship agents and agent networks that run on customer data with real autonomy.
• Build eval infrastructure with regression suites, live evals and quality gates.
• Push the chat and Studio surfaces with analytics, reports and multi-step plans grounded in SQL.
• Work on the MCP layer to let external AI tools talk to customer data safely.
• Shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling as the team grows.

We unify data across every marketing and business tool into one workspace, where humans and AI agents work together with full context. Marketing agencies and in-house teams use Lemonado to replace the patchwork of dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines they've been stitching together for years.

Under the hood: a proprietary unified SQL engine that queries across every marketing and business platform simultaneously, an enterprise-grade OLAP database that slices millions of rows in milliseconds, real-time data sync, networks of background agents that run autonomously, and MCP connectors that let any AI tool talk to agency and in-house data securely.

The role

You’ll be an early engineering hire, working alongside our two technical co-founders. We're looking for someone seriously forward-leaning with AI. Not curious about it, not dabbling. Already living inside it, already faster because of it, with strong opinions on how it changes how software gets built.

This is freedom under responsibility. We'll give you a big token budget, the best tools, and the room to use them however you want. In return we expect you to ship a lot. Hungry, fast, ambitious. The bar is high and the loop is short.

What You'll Work On

• Build and ship product features across the entire platform, from data infrastructure to the frontend.
• Design and ship agents and agent networks that run on customer data: monitoring, analysis, alerting, deep-dives. Real autonomy, real reliability.
• Build the eval infrastructure that keeps everything honest. Regression suites, live evals, quality gates.
• Push the chat and Studio surfaces. Conversational analytics, automated reports, multi-step plans grounded in real SQL.
• Work on the MCP layer that lets external AI tools talk to customer data safely.
• Shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling as the team grows around you.

Who You Are

• Seriously forward-leaning with AI. You've internalized how to work with coding agents, how to evaluate models, how to design for them. You don't need to be told to use AI, you'd be slower without it.
• Excellent at managing context. You know how to feed an AI agent the right information, prune what doesn't matter, and keep long-running work coherent.
• Very fast learner. Our stack touches databases, APIs, AI models, and frontend. You won't know all of it, but you'll pick up whatever you need within days.
• Not afraid to take on any task. Frontend bug, backend rewrite, eval harness, gnarly SQL, infra incident. You pick it up and figure it out.
• Hungry. You want to ship a lot, learn fast, and grow with the company.
