Job summary

Beta is seeking a Client Associate - Fund Operations to support fund administration and accounting services for a dedicated client in Stockholm. This role is ideal for candidates with over 5 years of experience in fund operations or related fields, eager to learn and grow within a fast‑moving FinTech environment.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues and clients, contributing to fund operations while honing your analytical skills and gaining valuable experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within fund operations, fund accounting, audit, financial services, or a related field.
• Interest in alternative investments such as private equity, venture capital, or real estate.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support fund administration activities, including accounting, drawdowns, distributions, capital calls, NAV calculations, and financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and support day‑to‑day communication.
• Assist with investor reporting, reconciliations, and operational processes across the fund lifecycle.
