0TO9 is seeking a Compliance Manager who thrives at the intersection of regulatory precision, modern tech, and rapid execution. You will join our Chief Compliance Officer to build and shape 0TO9's global compliance program from the ground up, bridging traditional banking regulation with AI-enabled automation to safeguard growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in fintech, banking, or a fast-paced scaleup.
Law degree (LL.M. / Juristkandidatexamen) or equivalent.
Proven AML execution and consumer credit regulatory experience.
Ability to translate regulations into actionable workflows.
Interest in leveraging AI to automate compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver regulatory advisory across 0TO9 and portfolio entities.
Own compliance tracking, audit readiness, and proactive processes.
Manage AML and consumer credit regulations with risk focus.
Horizon scan and interpret upcoming regulatory shifts.
Translate complex requirements into scalable workflows with AI.
