0TO9 is a bank for entrepreneurship, built by and for financial innovators. We’re looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who enables our organization to grow by delivering IT and cybersecurity to the companies in our portfolio.

You’ll shape IT decisions, manage licenses and vendor relationships, and provide hands-on support for onboarding, office setups, and tools, while partnering with the team on GDPR and DORA compliance.

Qualifications

Senior IT operations profile with broad, hands-on experience across central IT and portfolio companies.
Experience with Google Workspace and AWS or GCP.
Structured IT administration: licenses, vendors, agreements, follow-up.
Strong customer-facing, proactive and service-minded attitude.
End-to-end initiative delivery, capable as a hands-on doer.

Responsibilities

Own IT operations for central IT and portfolio companies as they grow.
Deliver hands-on IT setup and support: onboarding, tooling, office setup, meeting and conference systems.
Drive a methodical approach to software licenses, procurement and vendor relationships.
Ensure services meet contracts, requirements and expectations.
Be part of the IT and cybersecurity team, providing a senior perspective.
Build the operating model to scale IT support as we grow.
