0TO9 is a fintech venture builder expanding across Europe. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Chief Compliance Officer and build a global compliance program from the ground up.

The role is highly operational, bridging traditional banking regulation with modern AI-driven compliance solutions. You will own regulatory tracking, ensure audit readiness, and shape compliance workflows across our portfolio entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in fintech, banking, or scaleups.
• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• Experience with AML and consumer credit regulations.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pragmatic regulatory advisory and ensure end-to-end compliance.
• Take full ownership of compliance tracking and audit readiness.
• Manage AML and consumer credit regulations with robust risk management.
• Conduct horizon scanning to interpret upcoming regulations and supervisory developments.
• Translate regulatory requirements into smooth, actionable workflows for operations.
• Drive digital transformation of compliance with AI tools and scalable systems.
