Job summary

Mindler AB is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer located in Sweden to own deployment pipelines and multi-cloud infrastructure. You will report to the CTO and balance hands-on improvements with security and cost efficiency, across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Based in Sweden with the ability to work from our Stockholm base 2-3 times per week, you will mentor peers and contribute to design decisions while ensuring GDPR/ISO27001 compliance alongside security and finance partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering experience.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure and GCP and IaC.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and improve infrastructure-as-code (CDK or equivalent) and CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Simplify, standardise, and improve deployment pipelines to reduce friction.
• Investigate cost drivers and implement FinOps savings (right-sizing, reserved capacity).
• Hardening environments, cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and logging.
• Respond to platform issues, improve reliability, and observability across metrics and logs.
• Collaborate on design decisions, document the platform, and mentor peers through reviews.
