Job summary

Mindler, a leading digital provider of mental health care, seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer in Sweden to standardise deployment, patching, and scaling across multi-cloud environments. You will own infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and cost-optimisation while collaborating with security and finance to forecast cloud usage.

You will report to the CTO and work in a pragmatic, ownership-driven role that balances hands-on improvements with security and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Hands-on production experience operating workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a proven track record of infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong background with infrastructure-as-code (CDK or equivalent) and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Writing, reviewing, and improving infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Simplifying and standardising deployment pipelines to reduce friction and toil.
• Investigating cloud cost drivers and implementing FinOps savings (right-sizing, reserved capacity, lifecycle policies).
• Hardening environments, cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and logging.
• Responding to platform issues, improving reliability, and enhancing observability across metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Collaborating on design decisions, documenting the platform, and mentoring peers through code and architecture reviews.
• Partnering with security, compliance, and data-protection stakeholders, and finance on cloud forecasting.
