Job summary

Legora is growing fast and building a Financial Systems team that underpins billing, revenue and accounting. We seek a Financial Systems Engineer to craft integrations that connect CRM, CPQ, ERP, and future systems.

This hands-on role operates closely with Finance, Accounting and RevOps to ensure data flows reliably. You’ll own end-to-end integration, understand revenue recognition, and help the business close the books with confidence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and operating backend systems in production.
• Strong in Python and comfortable with TypeScript for infra code.
• Experience integrating REST APIs from SaaS apps; understands idempotency, retries and reconciliation.
• Experience with a cloud platform, ideally Azure, and with infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the integration platform that keeps financial systems in sync: CRM, CPQ, ERP and more.
• Design and ship event-driven services end to end: APIs, reconciliation pipelines, queues.
• Write idempotent, resumable sync logic against third-party SaaS APIs.
• Work in Python and Azure, with infrastructure as code in TypeScript (Pulumi).
• Own the deployment path: CI/CD across dev, test and prod with gated environments and observability.
• Write tests to keep the system safe to change (unit and contract tests).
• Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to translate billing/revenue needs into reliable systems.
