IKEA Marketing & Communication AB (IMC) in Älmhult, Sweden, is seeking a Financial Controller to manage end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up. You will support leaders with financial decision-making and help drive financial awareness across the organization.

The role focuses on project and portfolio financial management, developing reporting and digital tools, and partnering with the Finance Manager and colleagues across the company.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business administration or similar.
• Proven experience in financial control, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and regulations.
• Experience from ERP and Project Portfolio management (PPM) systems.
• Leadership skills – leading yourself and leading others.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for monthly and annual P&L reporting and analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and improve financial structures, processes, systems and reporting for effective decision-making.
• Drive financial steering and follow-up across the project and portfolio landscape.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insights and guidance for cost-conscious decisions.
