Syntrace, based in Stockholm, is hiring a Financial Controller to own reporting, monthly closes, budgets, forecasts and cash flow. You will work directly with the CEO to build the finance function as we scale.

The role offers real ownership, exposure to currencies and international entities, and the chance to contribute to a founding team as we grow a data-driven finance culture.

Qualifications

• Several years in controlling, accounting or audit.
• Deep knowledge of Swedish accounting and reporting.
• Experience with multiple currencies and international entities is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly closes, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and board/investor reporting.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to build the finance function as the company scales.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across entities and currencies.

We are now hiring a Financial Controller, based in Stockholm.

You will own our reporting and controlling: monthly closes, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and the reporting our board and investors rely on. You will work directly with the CEO and help build the finance function as we scale.
