Siemens Energy AB in Sweden is seeking a professional to join our global Business Controlling team. You will drive automation, data visualization and AI-driven insights to support finance across projects and factories, with a focus on our Sweden operations.

You will translate complex data into actionable reports, collaborate with Finance Heads, and champion responsible use of Copilot, Copilot Agents and other approved AI tools to improve quality, speed and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Higher university education in finance, controlling, data or related field.
• 3–5 years in a Finance organization as controlling or finance professional with strong data-analysis skills.
• Experience in process automation, business intelligence or data visualization.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, generative AI or comparable AI-supported business tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the development of automated Finance processes, analytical solutions and data-visualization tools.


• Identify and develop relevant applications of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and approved AI tools within Finance.


• Translate business requirements into practical digital and AI-supported solutions.


• Collaborate with the global Business Controlling team, with particular focus on the Sweden site.


• Partner with Finance Heads in project and factory organizations to provide strategic business insights.


• Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, documentation and knowledge sharing.


• Support responsible adoption of AI, including appropriate governance, access controls and human review.


• Champion continuous improvement, innovation and scalable solutions within financial operations.

What You Bring

• Higher university education, within finance, controlling, data or other relevant field.


• At least 3-5 years of experience within a Finance organization as a controlling or finance professional, combined with strong data-analysis skills.


• Proven experience in process automation, business intelligence or data visualization.


• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, generative AI or comparable AI-supported business tools.


• An understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly to reporting, analysis, process support and knowledge management.


• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or similar platforms.


• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is beneficial.

Beneficial requirements, but not a must:

• Experience from a large manufacturing, industrial or engineering company.


• Experience with Tableau is considered an advantage but is not required.
