Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a finance process improvement professional to support, analyze and continuously enhance finance processes across the Mining business area and sales regions. You’ll connect business needs, daily users, and tech teams in a hybrid setup with flexibility to work partly remotely.

You will document end-to-end workflows, ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, and drive change through training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Education or practical experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience working with general accounting processes across organizations.
• Process excellence training, such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders.
• Define clear end-to-end workflows, roles, making sure everything fits together across teams.
• Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement through change implementation, training, and ongoing process support.
